Spent most of 2004 with the scout team......redshirted in 2003.
High School (Central Catholic):
Ryan lettered four years and started two...for his career he completed 412 of 662 pass attempts for 6,037 yards and 77 touchdowns...intercepted just 12 times...team captain as a senior...second team all-state quarterback as a senior...PrepStar Magazine All-American after his final season...PacWestFootball rated him sixth on the West Coast for quarterbacks and in the top 30 nationally...SuperPrep Magazine selected him as the state's top athlete...Tacoma News Tribune Northwest Nugget Team member...selected to play in the Les Schwab Oregon Bowl All-Star game, but was sidelined with an ankle injury...also was Central Catholic's placekicker, connecting on 132 of 160 extra point attempts and three of 10 field goal attempts during his career...played for head coach Joe Bushman...first team All-Mt. Hood Conference as a junior after throwing for 2,385 yards and 27 touchdowns. |
