Chris Harper		By Steve Summers eDuck Sports Date: Oct 12, 2008 Chris Harper has accomplished something that hasn't been done since 2000. So far this season Harper has passed, ran and now caught a touchdown pass. The last Duck quarterback to do so was Joey Harrington. While Harper may see more time as a wide receiver this season, he may also take snaps a signal caller.
