Second Duck Mid-Season Transfer

		By Steve Summers eDuck Sports Date: Dec 20, 2007 eDuck Sports has learned that a second mid-season transfer has sent a National Letter of Intent to Oregon. Defensive tackle Blake Ferras, as expected, faxed a letter of intent to the University of Oregon on Wednesday.
