		By Steve Summers eDuck Sports Date: Dec 19, 2008 Eugene -- Oregon Head Coach Mike Bellotti talked about the upcoming opponent at the Holiday Bowl on Dec. 30th -- the Oklahoma State Cowboys just before the start of practice on Friday afternoon. The Ducks finished finals this week and Friday was the first day that the coaching staff was back from a week of recruiting.
