		By Steve Summers eDuck Sports Date: Nov 28, 2008 Coming out of College of the Canyons two years ago, wide receiver Terence Scott was described by Oregon Head Coach Mike Bellotti as the best receiver he saw in the Junior Collage ranks in the 2006 recruiting class. Scott had planned to red shirt last season but team needs put him on the playing and field. Duck fans are wishing the Ducks could have stuck to the original plan.
