New Duck Announces on Face Book

Defensive end Sam Kamp, 6-4, 225, Mesa (AZ) Mountain View HS, posted on Facebook that he has committed to the University of Oregon. Kamp, who will be a senior next year at Mountain View, indicated he made his commitment to an Oregon assistant on Thursday morning.

The Oregon Ducks dipped into the Arizona talent pool for the second commitment of the 2011 class.

According to a posting on his Facebook account Sam Kamp indicated, "... was offered this morning by Coach Jerry Azzinaro. Sam was very excited about being offered and has committed."
