Holland Ineligible for Rose Bowl

EUGENE – University of Oregon wide receiver Jamere Holland has been ruled academically ineligible to compete in the Rose Bowl Game present by Citi when the Ducks face Ohio State on Jan. 1, 2010.

The Pacoima, Calif., junior started the first two games of the year before coming off the bench in eight others, sharing honors as fifth on the team in receiving with 13 catches for 199 yards and two touchdowns. Holland also ran the ball three times for 41 more yards.
