Oregon Crusing with a 42-0 Halftime lead

Eugene -- Oregon stormed out of the gates scoring touchdowns on all but one possession and leads Washington State 42-0 at halftime. Oregon's Jeremiah Masoli passed for 14-of 18, 116 yards and one touchdown and also rushed for 52 yards and a score before being pulled with about six minutes to go in the half.

Oregon's defense overpowered the Washington State offense as the Cougars could on manage 51 yards of total offense in the first half.

LaMichael James rushed for 45 yards on eight carries and scored twice. Seven Ducks carried the ball in the first half for a total of 201 yards.

Ed Dickson was the leading receiver seven catches for 102 yards and touchdown.

Oregon had a total of 373 yards.

WSU's Jeff Tuel left the game in the second quarter with a hip injury after being sacked twice in the game.
