EUGENE – A limited number of football season tickets for the University of Oregon’s 2009 home schedule will go on sale online to the general public beginning at 8 a.m. Friday, June 19, through the school’s official athletics department website, www.GoDucks.com.
Included among the available tickets will be reserved seats in some sections that do not require an additional Duck Athletic Fund contribution. All tickets also will be available in person at the Casanova Center Athletic Ticket Office and by phone at 800-WEBFOOT, beginning at 9 a.m. Friday. Those tickets in sections that do require an additional DAF donation ranging from $50 to $1,750 must be purchased in person or by phone only.
The cost of all remaining tickets is $370 each, which represents a $45 savings over the cost of single-game tickets for each of the seven homes games.
Oregon
’s 2009 schedule includes Pacific-10 Conference opponents
California
(Sept. 26),
Washington State
(Oct. 3),
USC
(Oct. 31),
Arizona State
(Nov. 14) and
Oregon State
(Dec. 3), as well as non-league foes
Purdue
(Sept. 12) and
Utah
(Sept. 19).
The Ducks enter the year boasting a string of 61 consecutive sellouts. Season ticket sales already have surpassed 42,500 for the fourth year in a row, with the renewal rate of season tickets sold from a year ago exceeding 96 percent.
Any remaining single-game tickets would be placed on sale at a later date.
