Chip Kelly, the new Oregon football coach announced today that star running back LeGarrette Blount has been reinstated after serving a suspension for violation of unspecified team rules.

LeGarrette Blount set a team record for touchdowns last year but was suspended on Feb. 10 by former football coach Mike Bellotti "as a failure to fulfill team obligations."

Oregon is scheduled to open spring drills at 8:45 a.m. Monday (March 30). Recommended Stories
