The luncheon got started with a battle of bands which ended with the band playing the fight song...
Soon, Nick Reed and all the Ducks were standing and clapping to the fight song.
The players were seated at various tables - here LeGarrette Blount talks to one of the Holiday Bowl hosts.
Erin Andrews got the party started...unfortunately for the Ducks, she was on the OSU side of the head table.
After an amazing video recapping the Duck's season, Coach Bellotti took the podium. He noted that the players presented Todd Doxey's grandmother with his helmet at the luncheon.
JJ had a good laugh when Palmer asked him what it was like to for the last time wear the green, yellow, black, white, gold...JJ said he thanked God for being in the position to get a win for
Max Unger gave the crowd and Jesse Palmer a huge laugh when he told everyone how amazing it was to check out the aircraft carrier the team toured on Sunday...
Said Unger,
Max appeared both mortified and slightly amused with his slip of the tongue. He was told to continue and said,
Patrick Chung finished things off by talking about how motivating it's been for the defense to hear that the game would be a shootout. Then the teams headed out to their respective pep rallies.
