Garrett Suspended Because of Arrest Charges

According to the Eugene Register-Guard, Kevin Garrett was suspended by the University of Oregon football program due to arrest charges for DUI and resisting arrest.

In a blog entry entitled Garrett’s suspension followed DUI arrest Garrett was arrested on Saturday morning, July 26, 2008.

Oregon Head Coach Mike Bellotti suspended Garrett indefinitely on Saturday afternoon as announced in a media release from the Oregon Athletic Department.
