Junior Day Reaffirms Hart's Decision

The Tualatin star's visit to Junior Day told him what he already knew that he wants to be a Duck.

Over three weeks ago, Taylor Hart of Tualatin High School surprised a lot of people by verbally committing to Oregon. His senior season was over four months away from starting, but he was ready to become a Duck.

Hart was at the spring game on Saturday for the team's Junior Day. Hart along with other recruits were on the sideline and in the first row of seats on the south side. His visit to Oregon upheld his desire to play for the Oregon Ducks.

"I've always wanted to go to Oregon, and it's just what I've always wanted to do. Coming to Junior Day just finalized it even more," said Hart before Saturday's game.

The 6-foot-6-inch 245 pound high school senior-to-be also discussed his interaction with some of the Oregon coaches including Mike Bellotti, Michael Gray and Robin Pflugrad. He said simply, "they're good coaches and good guys."

Hart was also planning on watching the competition he will be going against once he arrives at the University of Oregon. One thing is for sure; his commitment is solid.
