Papè Jam Feature Oregon Men and Women

Portland -- It's Papè Jam time again and this year the Oregon Ducks Men and Women will take the court at the Rose Garden in Portland on December 8, 2007 with tip off for the women's game against UC Santa Barbara at 12:30 p.m., and the men against Utah at 3.
The Utes (3-2) feature center Luke Nevil, 7-1, 265, who is averaging 14 points and 6.8 rebounds per game so far this season. Guard Johnny Bryant, 6-0, 180, averages just over 13 points so far in the young season and 6-6 forward Stephen Wrigh chips in 11 points a contest and has hit 8-of-14 in 3-pointers in the first five games. Over all the Utes will bomb away outside the 3-point arc as they have launched 90 and have been successful 40 times in 3-point shooting.

, 83-77 on Nov. 14th who has been the top game so far this season. The Utes will play UC-Irvine and
Utah State
before they make their appearance in the Rose Garden a week from this Saturday.
The
Oregon
Women will face UC Santa Barbara who has a 2-3 record for the year. The Gauchos are paced by center Jenna Green, 6-4, scoring at 14.0-points per game pace and is second on the team with 5.3 rebounds per game. Sha'Rae Gibbons is adding 11 points a contest while Chisa Ononiwu contributes 10.8 ppg and Jessica Wilson is scoring at a 10.4-point per game clip.
