Two reported arrested
The alleged incident involved female resident in an off-campus dormitory.
No other details were available.
Johnson and Culbert were visiting the Oregon football program on the same weekend (January 13-15).
Johnson had given the Ducks a verbal commitment just after New Year's day in January and later official confirmed the commitment when he sent a National Letter of Intent to Oregon on February 1st. Johnson, 5-10, 185, Compton (Calif.) Dominguez HS, was a quarterback in high school but was recruited by Oregon as a safety. Johnson led his team to the California Division III State Championship this season by beating Notre Dame HS (Sherman Oaks) 41-14, and posted a 13-1 record.
Culbert, 5-11, 195, Harbor City (Calif.) Nathaniel Narbonne HS, was a 3-star prospect and ranked 31st nationally at his position signed a National Letter of Intent with Nebraska on February 1st this year.
