Ducks pick up Hoops commit

The Oregon Ducks picked up a basketball recruit today when LeKendric Longmire, 6-5, 200, Pascagoula (Miss.) Pascagoula HS, signed and sent a National Letter of Intent to Oregon according to Keith Robinson, Longmire's high school coach.

Robinson described Longmire as a slasher-type player that recorded some impressive statistics last year. Longmire averaged 28.2 points per game as a senior along with pulling down nine rebounds, blocking three shots and dishing out seven assists per game. His team...
