Oregon had beaten UCLA on Feb. 27, 87-83 on UCLA's home court. In fact the Ducks had been the conferences hottest team going into the Tournament with an eight game win streak.
Young is Oregon's leading scorer averaging 18,6 points per game.
The Ducks (23-9, 10-8) now await word of where they might go in March Madness when the NCAA selection committee announces the NCAA Tournament seeding. The Pac-12 hopes to get six and possibly seven teams into the tournament.
The four day tournament concluded Saturday afternoon when UCLA won the championship game by beating Arizona, 75-71 in front of a sold out crowd of 12,916 at the MGM Grand.
