Ducks Offer

Garnett

According to a twitter from defensive tackle Courtney Garnett, he has received an offer from the Oregon Ducks.

Courtney Garnett, 6-2, 283, St. Augustine HS, New Oreleans, La., made it known on Thursday afternoon that the Oregon Ducks have extended an offer to him.

Garnett had been committed to Texas until the departure of Mack Brown and his defensive line coach Bo Davis (who has moved on the USC).

Garnett is the second former Texas DT commit that the Ducks have offered. In December, the Ducks offered Trey Lealaimatafao, from Earl Warren HS in San Antonio. Lealaimatafao will visit Eugene on January 17.
