Oregon Up at the Half 20-7

SAN ANTONIO -- The Oregon Ducks took a 20-7 lead into the half. Marcus Mariota demonstrated to everyone that his knees are fine as he rushed for 132 yards on 12 carries. He also threw a 24-yard touchdown pass to highlight the first half.

Matt Wogan hit two field goals of 25 and 32 yards. The game’s scoring started off when Avery Patterson picked off a Case McCoy pass and returned it for 37 yards for a score.

Texas got on the score board when McCoy dove in from the 1-yard.

Overall Oregon had 296 total yards to 156 for Texas.

Josh Huff is the leading receiver in the game with three catches for 64 yards and the touchdown.
