"I was one of the many UO students involved in the snowball fight on Friday and my actions escalated to an inappropriate level and for that, I sincerely apologize," Brown said in the release. "We never should have engaged innocent people and I deeply regret my actions and will accept the consequences."
Also according to the release all other football players involved in the incident have been disciplined by the football program. The statement also makes it clear that neither football team members or other university students involved are subject to further discipline from the Dean of Students.
The University of Oregon issued a statement from tight end Pharaoh Brown on Monday afternoon regarding Brown's role in an incident involving a motorist on the campus of the University last Friday. Brown apologized for his actions. Brown has been suspended from participating in the Alamo Bowl which will be played on Dec. 30, in San Antonio.
All other members of the team involved also disciplined.
