Ducks loss at Stanford

Slideshow images from Ducks' first loss in 2013. Ducks were held scoreless for three quarters, as The Cardinal managed both sides of the line, while the Ducks errors proved costly. A fourth quarter surge including a blocked field goal and TD return by Rodney Hardrick, passes from Maarcus Mariota and Pharaoh Brown's leaping grab in the endzone proved to fall short, in the end.

Marcus Mariota fumbled on a two-point conversion attempt was just one of the mistakes that proved costly for the Ducks. Stanford capitalized on turnovers, penalties, and simply manhandled the line throughout the game. The Ducks managed to post 20 points in the fourth quarter, from both offensive and defensive efforts, but in the end, fell short in the 26-20 loss at The Farm.
