EUGENE, Ore. - Single-game tickets for Oregon's 2012-13 men's basketball schedule at Matthew Knight Arena go on sale Friday at 8:30 a.m. online and 9 a.m. via phone (800-WEBFOOT, 541-346-4461) or in person at the MKA and Moshofsky Center ticket offices.
The Ducks' home slate includes non-conference games against the likes of
Nebraska
(Dec. 15),
Nevada
(Dec. 31) and 2012 NCAA Tournament participant
Vanderbilt
(Nov. 16), while Pac-12 teams
Arizona
(Jan. 10),
Washington
(Jan. 26),
Stanford
(Feb. 23) and
Oregon State
(Feb. 18) will all make trips to Eugene, highlighting what shapes up to be another competitive and exciting conference season.
Tickets start as low as $10 for exhibitions against Concordia (Oct. 29) and Southwestern Oklahoma State (Nov. 5), $14 for non-conference games and $16 for Pac-12 contests. Prices in selected lower reserved sections (107-108) have been lowered 35%, and upper reserved sections (207-208) represent a 50% savings over last season's single-game prices.
Four separate mini plans, starting as low as $63, and season tickets, starting at $150, are currently available with great seats remaining in all areas.
Head coach Dana Altman's team returns five letterwinners and two starters for the upcoming campaign. Last year's squad went 24-10 overall and tied for second in the Pac-12 Conference with a 13-5 record, culminating in a postseason NIT berth.
Oregon
's 24 wins last year were the most since the 2006-07 season.
Fans and students can get their first glimpse of this year's team at Matt Knight Madness, which will take place following the Ducks’ 6 p.m. volleyball match against
Washington State
on Friday, Oct. 12, at Matthew Knight Arena.
