Sumler Leaves Still No Lyerla

The third day of fall camp completed for the Oregon Ducks on a day in which red shirt freshman Tacoi Sumler told Head Coach Chip Kelly that he was transferring to a school closer to his home in Miami, Florida. According to several beat writers who twittered that some of the Oregon assistant were unaware of Sumler's transfer until the end of day 3.

Meanwhile, the whereabouts of sophomore tight end Colt Lyerla is still a mystery to those following the program, however Kelly insists (according to twitter reports) that Lyerla should be returning soon.

Oregon will open its season on September 1, at Autzen Stadium against Arkansas State in a game that will be carried by ESPN and will kickoff at 7:30 p.m.
